I was thrilled when my friend Allie Dusome who is a Registered Nutritionist in Canada asked me to come take some shots of her for her website Vibrant Start Nutrition. Allie and I worked together at a design agency in Ontario, Canada before our life’s paths took us to opposite ends of the continent. I moved to California and Allie left her career in Marketing to follow her passion which is nutrition but through the years we’ve managed to stay in touch and she continues to be one of my favorite people.

Allie, who is pregnant herself, started Vibrant Start Nutrition because she wants to focus on women who are or want to be pregnant. She offers a variety of nutritional services to ensure new families get off to a vibrant start on their new chapter of life. Her mission is to help moms and growing families fall in love with nourishing foods as much as she has.

I’m so excited to see her business grow and flourish and I can’t wait meet her new little baby once they are born.

What do you do when you have only 1 day in Prague? You power walk throughout the whole city and shoot your heart out. I had to visit the Czech Republic for a business trip and had only 5 hours free to walk around the city. I heard this city was one of the most beautiful cities in Europe and it was true. Everywhere you look is simply beautiful and luckily it was all walkable. I stayed at the Century Hotel in Old Town and once you exit the hotel, you are in the middle of everything. You venture down one side street and before you know it you are surrounded by historic architecture.
